2025-11-16	Ro*****	I have questions! I used the in app help that is provided but get no response. I would contact the developer but there’s no English option. Hopefully a developer will respond here. I love the door lock. It’s amazing. The app however responds very slow when opened and sometimes I get the message “server error” and the app won’t even open. It doesn’t make sense to me that a server needs to be involved for my app to talk to my door lock when it’s connected to WiFi. How can this be made to operate quicker?
