2026-02-24	Br*****	Tried logging into the flex card and there’s nothing helpful you can see on it. Got a notification saying you could go onto this and it would show you the Essence Otc store but nothing shows up. Also tried to log into everythingelse.com and it says they can’t find an account.. I’ve had Essence for probably 11 years now and all of a sudden they can’t find my account.. It’s frustrating and you would think medical associated company would not try to add stress to your life. Maybe time to rethink my Insurance.

2024-12-30	GD*****	After the app forced me to change my password, it will not allow me to use Touch ID. When I try to set Touch ID up, the app just quits to the home screen.
