Mobile Assessment System

The ‘Record of Clinical Practicum’ is an electronic record for nursing students to document the activities and competencies gained during clinical placement. For each clinical practicum, students must record their level of competence for every clinical item and ensure that all required learning outcomes are completed. Students should input the data promptly during the placement and upload the record regularly to the University for monitoring and review.

本流動應用程式是供修讀護理課程的學生使用的臨床實習電子紀錄。學生必須完成指定範疇的臨床實習目標，並在實習期間定期評估及準確記錄各項重點。每次臨床實習完畢後，學生須按照大學指示，將臨床實習紀錄上載至本校伺服器，供大學審閱。
