App doesn’t work. I cancelled and they kept charging me $60. I have tried to stop payments and froze my card but i need the card so i unfroze it. But every time i did it, they would charge me. No customer service whatsoever!!!!

Not a user-friendly app at all. It doesn’t make it easy or clear to cancel your subscription. I have tried to cancel multiple times, yet I keep getting charged. I was charged again even after I thought the subscription had been canceled. An app should make managing and canceling a subscription simple and transparent, not frustrating or confusing. Very disappointing experience.
