I mean too many problems with connectivity or being able to hear people on the other end. There are times where the call that was in and out or dropped.

Do not waste your time with Nextiva. Half your calls will be dropped or unanswerable. You won’t be able to use SMS. The UI is clunky and so poorly designed that you can’t do simple things like find the number of the person that just called you, or call them back from the right number. They’ll promise you everything and deliver nothing. We’ve wasted months and hundreds of dollars working with them to try and fix these issues. Not to mention all the lost revenue from potential customers that can’t reach us or reputation damage from angry customers.
