2026-04-19	ro*****	They sent me Avamark software instead of cornerstone for the first month of the “ risk free trial” then finally sent me cornerstone after multiple emails back-and-forth with them continuing to send the wrong management software. I have paid them over $400 and have never been rendered services by this company after speaking to them and signing up at VMX. I was never even given the ability to login even after they sent me the cornerstone software so this has literally never been used. They never gave me the opportunity to even appropriately try what I paid for. I reached out to cancel during the risk free trial and nobody answered me until a week after the risk free trial ended telling me I could not cancel for a year, again I never even used the product. I continue to be in AI purgatory. I still don’t know if I’ve ever actually reached a real person and there is no phone number that exists even when you request one. They continue to tell me they will refund my money and cancel the subscription since they did not handle the risk free trial appropriately at any point in time or provide me with proper software or any services, but nothing is being done and they told me not to report it to my bank and to give them time. It is now the end of April and I continue to have them send me invoices saying I am past due, again this was to be canceled months ago. I have emails and documentation from them stating this multiple times and apologizing for how horrible their company has been to me, and yet nothing has been done, so buyer beware I’m wondering if I got had and that this is fraud.

2026-04-11	Li*****	Was a great tool with friendly people helping but since the update it all screwed up. Even after the fix to the update. Considering going back to paper and pen until they figure it out. My notes are piling up and I will have a lot to recall if the don’t get this fixed.

2026-04-10	It*****	Not only is it not picking up valuable info but it’s also not uploading it delaying owners from getting information about their important appointments. The phone app is worse than the website.

2026-04-09	Vv*****	The recording and transcribing is nice but the customer service is lacking. They had a bug in the new update, contacted customer service (which you have to talk to ai first) and said it would be 30 minutes….4 hours later they responded saying it was down. No notifications or anything to notify users. Today it’s apparently down and ai says they won’t get back to us for over 3 hours…..again with no note to users letting us know that there’s even an issue. Last message we had said it was all fixed. It’s not.
