2025-05-06	SD*****	Check has been by far my favorite system to track finances, customers and schedule for my small mowing business. I’ve searched high and low for something better, and nothing comes close. The ease of operation stands out in comparison to other systems I have tried. HOWEVER!! Check was recently bought by another company, and has seemingly let it go. As of this year, I cannot login to gain access to my customers or financial overview. I have submitted numerous trouble tickets to support and I have not received a single response. Check, as a platform, deserves 5 stars for the way it is set up, but 0 stars for being literally unusable. I wish they’d open it back up.

2025-01-01	So*****	App had been working great throughout the summer, I would definitely recommend it to anyone, but the log out glitch killed it for me. Since December when I try to log in it glitches and says ‘user not found’, and now I lost all of my clients and balances. Developers please respond

2024-12-20	St*****	Literally will randomly not allow you to log in or will bug out or say user not found. Then if you do log in your clients are all gone and you have to start all over to add them. This is not a time saver or helpful app. Yeah when it works it’s nice but overall it has poor design and to many glitches. Never gets the address right either when you save an address if you end up using the directions on the app you end up somewhere else a few minutes away 7 out of 10 times.
