0xequity is a self-custody wallet and portfolio client for tokenized real-world-asset (RWA) interests issued by 0xequity Series 01 LLC under SEC Regulation S (non-U.S. persons only).

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Hold your crypto in a self-custody smart-account wallet that only you control with a device passkey — 0xequity never holds your keys or funds. • Create and manage multiple wallets — name them, switch between them with a tap, and move your own utility crypto (such as USDC, USDT, or ETH) between your wallets. • Send your own utility crypto to another on-chain address. You authorize every transfer with Face ID or your passkey, transfers are gasless (we sponsor the network fee), and the app never takes custody of your assets. • View your tokenized property holdings and balances on the Arbitrum network, and read the complete set of offering documents for every property — Operating Document, Reg S Offering Memorandum, Tokenization Agreement, Subscription Agreement, EIN, Title Deed, Property Sales Contract, Lease Contract, and TP-584 filings. • Track passive rent distributions received against each holding. • RewardX: collect points, build daily streaks, climb tiers, and unlock achievements as you use the app. Reward points are not for sale and have no cash value. • Academy: free, bite-size courses about tokenized real estate. Complete a course's quiz to unlock a certificate of completion that is permanently yours and cannot be sold or transferred. • Sign in with a passkey — no seed phrases to copy down, no passwords to forget — and recover your account using your enrolled social contacts if you lose your device.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

0xequity does not operate or route through a cryptocurrency exchange, does not on-ramp or off-ramp fiat, and does not offer swapping or trading — you hold your own keys and we never take custody of your assets. It does not advertise yield, projected returns, APY, or ROI. Tokenized property interests are a Regulation S security and are view-only in the app — they cannot be sent or transferred. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be purchased; Academy certificates are non-transferable.

SECURITY

• Passkey-based smart accounts: your wallet is controlled by a WebAuthn key stored in the iPhone's Secure Enclave, and every transfer is signed on your own device. • Optional Face ID for sensitive actions. • Social recovery: enroll up to three contacts to help you regain access if a device is lost. • Account deletion is one tap away in Settings.

YOUR PRIVACY

• KYC documents are uploaded directly to our identity provider (Veriff); the app does not retain copies. • Camera, photo library, and contacts access is opt-in and only used for KYC capture and social recovery enrollment.

Tokenized property interests in this app are offered under SEC Regulation S by 0xequity Series 01 LLC. They are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold to U.S. persons. 0xequity is a non-custodial wallet provider and does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser.
