Floor pad I purchased a floor pad, with my runner.. in description it was suppose to not move. However, we had several people almost fall. When I called to return this Merchandise and explained it was faulty not doing what it was advertised. The $30.00 item was going to cost me $15.00 to return. He did try to help, by only charging Me $11.00. Do to this return fee, I will not be ordering from Overstock again. Then I was told even after they receive my merchandise it could still take 2-3 days to process my Credit after it's inspected. Unlike Amazon who processes your Credit the minute it's shipped.
