I can’t understand why in 2026 any company or organization would have an app as frustrating as this one. Honestly, there has got to be some college student somewhere who could build a better one in a weekend. This app is clunky, cumbersome and has a huge glitch that should have been caught during basic approval. When trying to update my account several fields are mandatory (they shouldn’t be). One is the genre but the drop down menu shows the locations. When have pick a location just so the genre field populates. Then when you go to the next field that is location, and you select one, the selection in the genre field changes to something random. Just maddening. Please fix this.
