2026-07-17	xx*****	I bought the entire setup with the Icontoller and Ihub. Every single time one of them updates, I loose some sort of functionality in one or both items. First it was the ihub. I updated to the newest version and lost the ability to control light 2. It works perfect directly plugged into the wall outlet and it works if I plug it into the icontroller. The ihub no longer recognizes it. I contact customer service who can’t comprehend what I’m saying. They want pictures. I sent them still they can’t comprehend what I’m saying. I made a video but since they have no access to social media, they asked that I download some app to send them the video since it won’t play in the email. The app they require doesn’t work either. Now the icontroller has updated and it’s not even recognized in my app any longer and neither is the ihub. I can’t see anything. None of the Bluetooth is working. This company is terrible and highly frustrating. I will never buy another mars hydro product.

2026-06-16	ad*****	I had a very easy time connecting the app with my iControl. It was literally plug and play with the iControl and the other devices hooked up to it. The app is easy to navigate and straightforward. The user interface (UI), however, is very noticeably lacking polish. The formatting is a bit odd in some places. The good thing is that none of the UI issues interfere with my ability to control all of my Mars Hydro devices consistently and with ease. I am currently using an iFresh (in-line fan), a clip fan, thermometer/hygrometer, and the FC4000 light. Updates are still being released on a regular basis, so hopefully it will improve with time.

2026-06-13	lo*****	For a company that makes awesome lights and advanced electronics, I find it strange they make the worst app I have ever downloaded. Hours of troubleshooting and calls to customer service, I have an outstanding light that only can utilize 1/2 its features. I want the last 3 hours of my life back. This deserves Zero stars if possible.

2026-01-25	Ni*****	Got to admit, for the first 30 days the app and devices worked like a charm Then basically all the smart features stop working, the controller out of the blue is not under the app, you need to factory reset the controller and re set all parameters, also if you have plans to use the csv data, or develop an app around it, DONT, the CSV export once broken cannot be restored TL:DR: if you want to use smart features for a limited time and then suffer when everything is broken this app and devices environment are for you Also one last caveat SUPPORT IS INEXISTENTE, I should have gone with vivosun or any other brand, butttt it is what it is
