I first tried ordering through the website only for it to say declined each time i tried. I thought maybe it was just the site glitching so i tried through the app. Same problem, i cant order online anywhere. Had to end up calling to place my order.

I had to reset my password because the login screen enforces a character limit that is not enforced on your password - I could not type my actual password in because although it was correct, it was too many characters for the UI so it would not accept it. So now my password is less secure because it has to be shorter to login. Bad, bad design.
