2026-07-24	mo*****	There is a chat bot that supposedly is there to help but doesn’t even respond to messages. The cancel subscription button doesn’t work which I don’t think is an accident. The portal to manage subscription never sends an email which is also not an accidents and when I try emailing customer support to cancel my subscription no one replies. So I don’t know what to do or how to cancel to get my refund but I will probably be reporting to Apple and my bank
