2024-04-23	lo*****	The peace of mind this app gives me is great. I love the feedback I get when I enter a symptom. I can be reassured I’m ok without having to call my doctor or look up my symptoms online. I can’t afford a doula, but I get to work with one through the app. My doula, Jennifer, has been so supportive and helpful for me. I love the articles in the app, and the classes have set me at ease. I especially love the prenatal yoga with Troy and Jennifer’s breastfeeding classes. I love that once my baby is born, Troy offers postpartum yoga and Jennifer can continue to help me with breastfeeding. I’m meeting with a Delfina nutritionist and mental health provider soon, and I’m excited to learn more. Highly recommend the Delfina app and program to anyone who is pregnant!
