2026-07-30	an*****	Has been a lifesaver for toddler meltdowns using the 5-minute morning calm stories, and for adding into our bedtime routine. It’s been more than worth it! I keep some of the techniques in my back pocket to help my kiddos stay calm in situations when I can’t access the app.

2026-07-30	AB*****	My 5 and 3 year old have been listening to these stories since the launch. We love listening to the same stories over and over and get so excited when a new series launches. The emotions series helps them to name their feelings and we even listen to the for grown ups together too.

2026-07-29	Bd*****	This app has been such a game changer for my sensory seeking, bouncing off the walls at bedtime kiddo. It helps his brain wind down like no other stories can! And I love that there are important lessons embedded in the stories like making mistakes is okay and being kind to yourself and being different can be something to celebrate etc. The creators are so thoughtful in what they include in the app and they are always taking suggestions from the community because they really want the app to be helpful. I can’t recommend it enough!

2026-06-29	Pa*****	I’ve been using the app for over a year and since using it my kids 5 and 7 now fall asleep so much quicker. They don’t event finish the story most of the time 😆 the calming voice and music is wonderful. The goldmines story each night has become part of our routine and it’s been great. I highly recommend it.

Our toddler has super low sleep needs, and because of that, we struggle with falling asleep. Goldminds has been the perfect solution to winding down before sleep. My child loves to pick the story before naps and bedtime. We have our favorite stories, but also love branching out to try new ones. Cynthia’s voice is incredibly soothing. The lessons in each story stick with our child and we often reference back to them at later times. We love the affirmation stories that help establish positive thoughts about oneself. There is no better mindfulness app for kids. We use this app at least 2x a day and have referred it to countless friends. We love it so much!
