'Motto Akemie' is a 6 Voice FM drum synth and step sequencer for your iPad. Basically 6 ’Akemie’s Taiko’ Eurorack modules in a box with a fun step sequencer.

Each voice is based on our renowned ’Akemie’s Taiko’ Eurorack module featuring similar controls and playful FM sounds from pure sinusoidal oscillations to mega clonks to chaotic self-feedbacking enveloped noise.

The built in multitrack step sequencer allows for quick polyrhythmic pattern creation with step modulation of all parameters, randomisation, swing and time division scaling across storable pattern banks and presets.

The iPad standalone version mirrors the desktop versions features and includes an additional iPad specific preset manager. It will also function as a AUv3 instrument plug-in and supports syncing to a host. Note in AUv3 mode, only the first voice is MIDI addressable.

Yea simple interface, but much fm madness! Sick beats are just the start, when u really dig it it’s cray cray.

I’ve been a supporter of ALM modules and seeing them having something IOS is great. Akemie is a great little drum machine and run solid in logic. Nice to sample and just come up with crazy rhythms. Excited to see more from ALM on the store effects or more synths please!! Oh and I’m unable to save presets.
