| 2026-07-26 | H.***** | I’ve had the worst experience trying to access my account over these past few days I’ll put all my information in and it will tell me it’s incorrect and calling the bank is 0 help. I have no access to my account and no matter how many times I try to reset my password it will not let me. | |

| 2026-05-29 | Ky***** | I’ve been banking with State Employees Credit for a good few years now. My step dad had created an account for me when I was a teen to manage my first debit card. I just kept using the bank since there weren’t many issues at first. The bank supposedly was supposed to have an early direct deposit service (which it didn’t), but I didn’t mind so much, as long as I got my check on the day I’m supposed to and no later. The banking app started to have problems a couple years back where it would show that you still have spendable money in your account. I go to spend that money I supposedly have, and check my account later that day and I have even LESS money than what I should with what my spending balance originally said! Just the other day, my account said I had $500. I didn’t before, and though maybe the bank deposited part of my work check early (as that’s something they can do). Well I go to spend my money again, and now I have -200 in my account. These glitches are costing me so much, it’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t bank with them, I wouldn’t use the app, and I wouldn’t trust them. The bankers at my local SECU are nice, and I know it’s not their fault, but don’t bank with them. There’s nothing that they can do to help since it’s a bigger issue. | |

| 2025-12-05 | Tw***** | The app is a little testy but when you go into main SECUNM.ORG put your id and password, I needed temporary because of issues with my phone software. After I erased the software with the help of Apple Store. Reloaded it. Then I had to call SECU and they were successful in helping me load the app again. Happy again! | |

| 2025-11-16 | LB***** | I had gotten a new phone and I upon going to the app I realized I forgot my password. I tried to do a password reset but it’s asking me for a member ID, e mail and my account number. I was under the impression SECU would NEVER ask you for your account number? I put in all of my information and I’ve been told I can’t access my own account even though all my information is correct. This only started happing after this newest update and it’s frustrating. The last update was annoying too but this one is far worse. | |

| 2025-10-21 | be***** | This new system still has bugs. Been on hold way too long. And the app doesn’t appear. Am thinking of leaving SECU after 20 plus years. | |

| 2025-07-24 | Oe***** | I can’t even log in to this app! I’ve tried logging in on two different phones. I’ve had my password reset a million times. No employee can help me troubleshoot, they claim they have no issue on their phones. I have two iPhones so I’m not sure if it’s a compatibility issue with iPhone. How in our modern age can a company have such challenges with offering a basic functional app??? Literally atrocious | |

| 2025-07-24 | Ta***** | By looking at the other reviews I’m not alone on this despite not using this account for literal years. I used to only need my member number and a password to access my account. Now it is just rejecting my login and change password attempts. I called the bank and they said that I need to make an entirely new account. Well guess what happened when I tried that. It rejected it told me to CALL THE BANK AGAIN. I’m just gonna go to the bank and see what in the name of Ares and Athena is going on because I do not have the patience for this. Seriously guys, you didn’t need to do this. The old site and app were great. All you guys needed to do was follow the saying “if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.” | |
