The biggest issue is that it doesn’t sync with your account on different platforms. A question block I start on my computer and pause is not able to be resumed on my phone. It’s almost as if I have a completely new account. Trainees need a way to track their progress and also avoid redundancy by repeating questions that they have seen before on different platforms. Would also like a way to login quicker, such as facial recognition or remembering password

2025-01-13	Ab*****	The app as it is functions well. But you can’t do TWIS on the app, and the question banks don’t sync with the app and the website. Meaning if I start a custom quiz from the question bank on my computer, I can’t do that quiz it on the app, you have to make whole new quizzes. And the app doesn’t even know which questions I’ve done. Why? That’s such an easy fix
