Ai can’t get birthday correct

I’m involved in a recovery program (3 days a week) in addition to recovering from a broken leg. I’ve missed 2 weeks worth of sessions because medicine keeps screwing up my scheduled rides. For example; I scheduled a ride and the app allows me to book for multiple legs at once. I scheduled a ride for 07/22 at 5:30pm and a return trip later at 8:30pm the same day. The day before my appointment, I check the app and see the return trip (still labeled for the 22nd) is now today (the 21st) but I still have the 5:30 one set correctly. I don’t know what the issue is. I didn’t have these issues with Intelliride. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.
