Customer support is often unresponsive or unhelpful, with long hold times or nonfunctional contact channels. Accessibility, particularly wheelchair transportation, is poorly supported.

RUN!!!!! I have spent over 130 minutes trying to get the app to work to no avail. I even had a customer service rep tell me they had no tech support. They do not have the ability to submit claims through the app and you must print the claims form, have it manually signed, email a copy to the claims department and then wait FOUR TO SIX WEEKS for mileage reimbursement. Obscene! The former company my insurance had processed claims in days! At worst - one week. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not recommend.

This company is a JOKE. I have been patient with the company, They don’t know what they are doing . I have been submitting all trip logs paper / on the app . Just for them to SAY all my trips for month of April were canceled! Just a waist of time . Just over it! If I can leave 0 stars I would!

I don’t know if anybody else is having the same issue, but I am not getting my direct deposit for mileage reimbursement. It’s been past the six week mark and every time I call I’m getting the runaround. Now I’m being told they don’t even have anybody to speak to in the claims department. Unacceptable.
