I tried configuring the app for my mom. Seemed simple enough, enter in the member ID and DOB, and you’re off to the races. Nope, wouldn’t recognize her details. So she calls support to book her first rides, and get the app issue waited. Waits for FOUR HOURS only to be told that she had reached “after hours emergency-only support,” and to call back the next day. WTAF??
