My insurance switched to MediDrive in April 2026, and I absolutely hate having to use their app. Their support is nonexistent, the app gets worse with every update, and the scheduling is difficult to navigate. I can’t schedule wheelchair rides, and my mother is in a wheelchair, so she is missing appointments. I don’t know why this app is so bad, but it is horrible. I’m so sorry to those who have to use it

This is the world worst app. If ever able to book a trip it mysteriously cancels without any notification whatsoever. Same happens to user’s profile. Nowhere to be found and unable to add.
