Most reviews praise the drone’s stable flight and the app’s solid UX, plus good video quality when everything works. However, there are widespread complaints about connectivity problems between the drone, RC, and iPhones, persistent transfer and firmware issues, slow/unresponsive app behavior, and poor or unavailable support. Login problems and device compatibility for newer iPhones also recur. Overall, hardware performance is praised when connected, but the biggest friction comes from setup/connectivity, firmware compatibility, and support gaps.

Recent reviews

Used my drone for a few months and everything worked flawlessly. Now the smart transfer doesn’t work. I’ve been working with Potensic on this and they have sent me a new drone and it still does not work. But it works on android! Something in the last update either in the app or on IPhone is no longer compatible and does not work. Makes this Atom 2 drone I have basically worthless for my needs.
