User Permissions

Worried about employees messing up your inventory list? Tallio allows you to set user permissions that limit employees to only updating inventory quantities in the location where they work. Plus, only the admin can add/update/delete items from the inventory list.

Moderate/Severe Minimums

You can set inventory minimums for each item by location. Items will be highlighted when they fall below their minimums: yellow below the moderate minimum and red below the severe minimum.

Stock Alerts

Receive notifications whenever an item drops below its minimum in any location. You will also receive a notification when inventory hasn’t been updated in over a week for each location.

Inventory Health Report

Easily access a live list of all inventory items that have fallen below their moderate and severe minimum thresholds in each location. At a glance you can quickly identify which items need to be reordered for each location.

Inventory Summary Report

Quickly view stock levels for all items by location with the summary report. Choose a specific location and get a breakdown of stock levels for each item.

Customized App Interface

Add your company logo and customize the colors to give your employees a branded experience when using the Tallio app.

NOTES ABOUT TALLIO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Tallio is free to download, but a monthly subscription is required to access the inventory tracking features. The subscription price is determined by the number of locations, starting at $15 for the first location. If you need more than 5 locations, please send us a message for a customized subscription plan.

If you already have a subscription with Tallio, please use the login information you provided when setting up your account. Subscribing to a monthly plan from within the Tallio app will charge to the Apple ID associated with the device.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage subscriptions associated with your Apple ID in your Account Settings after purchase.
