AfghanPAY Top-up is a prominent telecom distribution channel in Afghanistan. Our application empowers users to establish their own business and generate daily income by selling Afghanistan electronic recharges (e-top ups) at their convenience. We offer commissions or surplus amounts as pre-paid options and facilitate transferring the amounts along with the purchased amount. Upon registering with our system, Resellers will receive their user ID, password, and M-pin through SMS and email. Upon logging into our application, users will have access to the following services:

Online Recharge (top-up) Purchase Stock Transfer Stock View Account Statement Register New Customer Account Settings for the registration process , every user is required to provide their KYC details, including Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, Address, and account type which is done via AfghanPAY web portal. We offer three types of accounts (Distributor, Sub-Distributor, and Retailer) based on the user's business scope and budget.
