2025-12-21	Bu*****	I’m writing this review after a month of submitting a ticket to the customer support team. I’ve been playing for 4-5 months. They keep putting in loop and keep saying the same thing over and over and over that they will escalate the problem to the team. But nothing has been solved and after asking an update every week. It’s very frustrating to say the least that It has come to this leaving a negative review.
