Although this looks like a great idea, considering I can’t filter for homes with public utilities in my area, the app only covers three areas, none of which are located in the state of North Carolina.

Honestly feels like the first AI app for consumers outside of the chat apps that actually solves a pressing need. Can't wait for even more cities to be loaded in!
