App won’t let me get to my balance after mobile deposit
2024-12-03 Ta***** Now this has happened numerous times where it wouldn’t show me my current amount in my accounts and not letting me transfer anything because of the error. This has led me to receive an overdraft fee when i wasn’t even aware of my negative balance because it didn’t show on the app until AFTER the overdraft fee. And if it did show up, it still wouldn’t have of even let me transfer anything. This app needs to do better considering it’s handling people’s money.
