I am contacting you regarding the permanent ban on my account, which I believe may have been triggered due to the use of a VPN. I sincerely apologize for this, as I was not aware that it could lead to such a serious violation. It was never my intention to break any rules. However, I would like to bring to your attention an important concern. Before the ban, I had purchased coins on my account, and unfortunately, I was banned immediately after making an additional purchase. As a result, I was not able to use the coins I paid for at all. This situation feels very unfair from my perspective, as I have financially supported the platform but lost access to both my account and unused purchases without any warning. I respectfully request one of the following: - A full review and reinstatement of my account, OR - Compensation/refund for the unused coins that I purchased I genuinely enjoyed using HiParty and being part of its community, and I am fully committed to following all rules moving forward. I assure you that I will not use VPN or engage in any restricted activity again. Please kindly reconsider my case. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this issue.
