Eleu Health's app-based solution has 2 functionalities:

1. A health & wellness vitals data repository, and monitoring tool.

2. Our proprietary data analysis, which provides Users with a view of their connections.

Some advantages:

1. Your data is yours to own. Access it at any time.

2. You can download, print, and share your data with your care team. It is your property.

3. By regularly reviewing and monitoring your health and wellness, you can constantly work on your goals and catch issues quickly.

4. Share your data with your emergency contact (however they cannot edit your data).

5. Synch with your wearable regularly to automatically download your vitals data.

6. No wearable…no problem we want you to input SOME vitals manually anyway! No one knows how you feel better than you.

7. Our data analysis provides you with guidance on which vitals are moving together and which vitals are impacting you. We don’t provide a diagnosis or consultations but

information for you and your care team.

Our app tracks over 16+ vitals and provides you with an analysis of the connections between those vitals. What can be measured can be improved.

We are integrated with Apple Healthkit to automatically collect certain data upon User consent.
