2025-03-12	Mt*****	I’ve been using this just a couple of days and it’s not too bad but I could see it being a very useful tool for me with a bit of improvement. 1. It’s a bit slow to save my data/refresh when I edit an entry or make a new one. Causes friction when trying to move through all the data fields. 2. The fields are not completely the same between the app and the desktop site. 3. I like the tag feature (which I think is only on the desktop site?), and I would like something similar in the watering and fertilizing memo areas, I.e. I wish I could have tags for the types of ferts I use and have them as a quick option to just click, rather than typing out what I used that watering, as well as different types of watering methods (sometimes I water in place, sometimes douse in the sink, etc). 4. Could add pest treatment tracking. Overall I’m enjoying just exploring the app and I’m hopeful they’ll continue to improve it. Would love to have something to log plant care long term.

2024-07-06	Ye*****	Had to start completely over because they decided to change apps and hide all of your plant data. Now they charge for things that used to be in the free app. I only felt with this app because it was free. Now they are gonna force me to change again. I hate it here. Ruined my day and now I don’t know when my plants were water or cared for last because they decided to be greedy and steal everyone’s plant data. Rude
Had to start completely over because they decided to change apps and hide all of your plant data. 2024-05-25	St*****	Trying to use the diagnostics. I tried it on two plants and it gave the same 3 possible problems for both, all with poorly worded vague references but not definitive, and once you click on one to see more info it selects it and then you can’t go back without starting the lengthy process over. Will continue to try and use and will update as I have more experience, but this is a disappointing start. Also, only correctly identified one of my 3 plants. The others I had to scroll down through secondary suggestions to find the correct thing. And the options were very different from each other, like rhododendron and monstera. How did the app think both of those were possible matches? Anywho, maybe the reminders will be helpful. Hoping it’s just a me problem and I figure out how to use this app so that it works for me.
