Everytime I attempt to click on something, the app reroutes me back to the App Store and I have to press “open.” Once I do the tab that has been clicked on still doesn’t appears. The only tabs that work appropriately to communicate with other residents, service request, and rent payment.

2026-01-09	Da*****	I try to log in with the correct email and it rejects me. I contact support with the email it gave me and what do I get? An automated reply saying I need to download ANOTHER app just to contact support. Ridiculous and awful

2025-12-19	Mi*****	This app seems like it should make everything a lot easier once it gets rolling. Bozzuto management has been awesome so far, I feel like people are just review tanking. If this makes things easier for management, I’m happy to download a different app.

2025-09-03	Bo*****	I literally cannot log in to this app, everytime that I try to it fails, and then the next time I try to open the app it completely freezes. I can only make it stop freezing by deleting it and redownloading it. And after all that I still can’t log in.

2025-08-26	bo*****	Bozzuto had a perfectly function website but now they are making us switch to this app which in terms of UI is geared towards social connections with the ability to pay rent hidden in the settings!! Being able to pay rent is the main thing for this portal to be able to do!
