2025-09-24	ho*****	Have lost 10lbs so far. Delivery is super easy I do a fedex location as sometimes they can’t always locate the address. Customer service representatives could do better, that’s something the company should look into a retraining of professionalism and etiquette. You can always tell when the customer service associate is at home and quickly tries to answer the phone unprepared.
