Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a scheduled session with Capturely and waited over 10 minutes with no photographer joining. I called three times before anyone answered, only to be told that their only West Coast photographer had a family emergency 10 minutes earlier. I received no email, no text, no notification whatsoever before or during my session. I had already put in significant time and effort preparing for this headshot. Emergencies happen, but the lack of communication and backup is unacceptable for a paid professional service. Very disappointing.

You will get the same quality, or maybe better photos, taking a selfie on your iPhone. Also, they say they offer one round of light retouches but never respond to requests. A waste of money
