I’ve now used the MexLegal app twice, and both times I was blown away by how effective it was. The first time was during a traffic stop. The app connected me with an attorney immediately by phone, and they stayed on the line with me until the situation was resolved correctly. Quick, professional, and reassuring. The second time was even more impressive. I stayed at a hotel in Guadalajara, and after checking out, I received a message saying I was being charged 10,900 pesos for “dirty sheets.” I contacted my credit card company, but after two weeks, nothing had been resolved. That’s when I reached out to MexLegal. Within a minute, an attorney from Guadalajara responded. He called me personally and said he would go to the hotel directly. Within three hours, I had a full refund and even received a formal letter of apology from hotel management. Both experiences showed me how professional, responsive, and effective MexLegal is.
