I’ve followed Betina since 2018 after my first child was born and I wanted to get back into working out. I first found her on iFit, and then NTC where I did her program. I was so happy to find that she had her own platform and way more content! I’m very bad at finishing programs because I get bored very easily but I’ve finished two with her already and halfway through my third. Her energy keeps my head in the workout and I love all of her tips and overall philosophy. I got the annual membership and I think it’s worth every penny. I can’t recommend her or this platform enough!

I absolutely love Bettina’s app. I’ve used different apps in the past, but since December I was struggling with motivation until I tried this one. Betina has a unique energy that really keeps me going. I love her nutrition tips and recipes that my family enjoys them too. And on busy days, I can find workouts under 20 minutes that are still very effective 🙌🏻 I highly recommend it!✨
