User reviews show the app delivers core control and better UI, plus Water Lab data, but is hampered by paywalls that lock key features, update-induced breakages, and ongoing stability/connectivity issues that require force-quitting and can disrupt normal use.

Recent reviews

When setting a ‘Standard’ schedule to run the pumps, there is a ‘start’ time and an ‘end’ time, but the instructions in the app state that there’s a ‘start’ time and a ‘duration’… completely different!! Also, no matter how long I try to program the ‘start/stop’ time, (the smallest increment is 30 minutes), it shuts off after exactly one minute. USELESS!!!

The latest update you cannot control the temperature. The buttons do nothing.

Total waste I followed the setup for an account got the authorization code did that then agreed to the terms and consent page entered first and last name then error said it couldn’t connect to server. No internet issues the spa shows in.touch connected all devices have internet total waste of time.
