I’m right next to the tub and it says spa can’t process commands and also says disconnected all the time

I’m shocked this app has a single access to sign in the first time. I have it on my iPad set it up while tech here. Put it on my phone but one has scan the GD QR code to get in. I already have an account!! I’m supposed to open my side panel on my tub to login?!! What a joke!!
