I've been training with Kat for almost 2 years. She took me to another level with my workouts. Now that I have her and the training plan on my phone, makes it even better. Bonus she’s affordable! The app has so much information between the workouts and logging in your food & water. It’s been my favorite fitness app to date. She explains every workout and accommodates if you don’t have the right equipment. Highly recommended!

I like how it keeps me on track and holds myself accountable with all of its features. The option for tracking your water your food, your steps, and obviously the workouts.
