Pésima experiencia primera y última vez que compro en esta app ya pasó un mes y aún no recibo los productos. Lo peor sin una respuesta clara de soporte

I wish I could give this app ZERO stars. I placed an order of nearly $700 and returned most of the items because they didn’t fit or weren’t suitable for me. I followed the app’s return instructions and dropped the package off at USPS on July 8, 2026. I also provided Customer Service with the tracking number and all required information. It is now August 28, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND - more than 7 weeks later! What’s even more frustrating is their reasons for denying refunds on certain items. They listed reasons such as “incomplete packaging,” which makes absolutely no sense to me, and claimed some items had minor stains. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with Customer Service trying to resolve the issue, there were also times when they simply stopped responding. They eventually offered only about one-third of the original price for certain items. I accepted just to get this issue resolved. But even after agreeing to their proposed refund, I still haven’t received my money! I continue to have to email and follow up just to get a refund that should have been processed weeks ago. This return/refund process has been extremely frustrating, slow, and unacceptable. And NOW, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. SCAM BIG TIME! Be very careful when placing an order with this app/brand. I definitely will not be ordering from MICAS again.
