Also, I am confused in that allows downloads, however, it does not reliably keep you logged into your account even when using downloaded questions. 2026-02-01	wa*****	The app crashes everyday, makes me log back in multiple times a day, and does not display the full explanation for the answers. It is very limited compared to the desktop version. EDIT: Not only does the mobile app make me log in multiple times, but now it tells me my account does not exist. When trying to reset the password, I never get the code required via email. I found that to resolve this issue, I have to find a desktop, log in there, and then come back to the phone. This is just getting worse and worse. By the way, all of these issues happen on the iPad app as well.

It isn’t connected to their servers apparently since the reset email never came either. Meanwhile I’m logged in on the computer looking at the receipt in my email. I can’t believe I’m paying $100/month for a non functional app. Please fix ASAP or I’m canceling and using a different test prep service.

2025-11-01	Ga*****	Mobile version can be difficult and not very user friendly at times. For example, question stems not loading, pictures not loading, some question stems popping up on the wrong question (ie showing answers choices that clearly are not consistent with the question stem)

2025-06-13	Aw*****	I had a new update yesterday and it’s been terrible, it freezes, won’t let me click my answers and I keep having to open and close it. I’ve been using this app for months with no issues and now this is happening, please fix this issue! I also don’t like the new drop down arrow for explanations. It was better when it was already shown.

2025-05-30	de*****	The questions are good and when the app works it is great. However, sometimes it crashes or does not sync with web version so you have to repeat already completed questions. Additionally sometimes the practice sets don’t load and you have to close the app and reopen it to get it to work properly.
