It offers convenience to customers to avail banking services at their doorstep. Doorstep Banking is implemented as a product through a mix of technology and agents offering different banking services for the customers of the Public Sector Banks under a single umbrella. The DSB agents would basically render banking non-financial services and financial services within the norms as stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
