Great Game!

I love playing this game, but I’m stuck in the laundry secrets where there’s a panel that’s glowing next to the power box I tried tapping it nothing happened. I even restarted the game by swiping it up then started it again nothing happened at that either. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would work nope. I even restarted my phone via network settings and re-opened the app tapped the small panel nothing happened. I’ve been playing this game since I downloaded it three days ago till I ran into this problem.
