Victor Emmanuel was the King of Sardinia while Cavour was the Prime Minister. Futurism was an art movement before the First World War, not after the second one. Other questions are badly worded, such as asking who was involved in some 16th century events such as the abdication of Charles V. The answer was Charles V himself.
