Also do not need a pop up telling me about “Throwback Thursdays” everyone I come back to the app. Just let me see movie times and let me my tickets in peace.

While I must admit that movie theater selection in Memphis metro is the poorest I’ve ever seen in 76 years, Malco goes out of their way to be inconvenient rude and obstinate. They’re even so uppity as to not accept US legal tender. Thankfully, we have the internet and Big Screen tv’s.

2025-09-07	ro*****	My daughter who is 16 came to the movies with me the 50 year old parent and her boyfriend to see a horror movie. They wouldn’t let her in because she didn’t have her ID. That’s fine, I get it, and I don’t hate them trying to do something to stop kids from seeing things they shouldn’t BUT they wouldn’t refund the movie cause I bought the tickets off of fandango which their website promotes. Their employees even said you should never use fandango or flixter because we can’t refund. They gave me “special” tickets so I can come back some other time, but I live an hour away and was coming to see this one movie in imax.

2024-11-12	Sl*****	Easy ability to find and buy tickets was worth the $3 fee per ticket. 🙄🙄 But I now can NOT buy tickets since updating. Will be watching at other theaters where I can buy online.
