Cannot use with included earphones with two way communication due to voice control taking over - on iOS. Does not work with southern Thai. Confusingly translation/ phrases incorrect or simply wrong.

I lost my devices bind manual and cannot get or retrieve the binding codes for both. I need help.

When I purchased my earphones nowhere did it say I had to purchase a membership to translate even after that you don’t get all the languages it said it had. I refuse to even deal with companies that don’t tell the truth or switch and bait. So disappointing
