When I purchased my earphones nowhere did it say I had to purchase a membership to translate even after that you don’t get all the languages it said it had. I refuse to even deal with companies that don’t tell the truth or switch and bait. So disappointing

I read the bad reviews and if you read your manual then explore the app by clicking the little question mark and other instructions it will work fine. My only issue is having to pay for the audio/video phone call usage, but unless you’re in another country I can’t see many of us needing it all the time and it has the option to buy weekly usage. So READ THE MANUAL AND THE APP INFO!
