I have been on the program for a Year. I’m so grateful for this program & the support I have received. I have always been active, but somehow life would interrupt, & I would find myself struggling. I wish someone would have explained to me how to be consistent, mindful, and aware of the importance of stacking your wins. The exercise portion is the easier part for me. The nutrition, YIKES.
