1. Patient:

Sign Up / Login: Upon opening the app, patients can sign up or log in. Three tabs during the signup process: Patient, Doctor, Center.

Home Page: Options to book appointments directly with a doctor or a medical center. View a list or map of available doctors and centers.

Appointment Booking: Select a doctor or medical center. View available time slots based on date. Choose a convenient time slot. Proceed to the payment method using a card.

Appointment Management: View pending, upcoming, and completed appointments. Cancel appointments with an option to provide a reason.

Doctor-Patient Interaction: Chat feature enabled once the doctor confirms the appointment. Communication for discussing appointment details or post-appointment queries.

Appointment Management: View upcoming, confirmed, and completed appointments. Accept, reject, or cancel appointments with reasons. Write prescriptions, request medical tests, and add medicines.

Availability Management: Add availability and choose time slots for self or on behalf of the medical center.

Communication: Chat with patients after confirming appointments.

Doctor Management: Add doctors to the center ward. Receive confirmation requests from doctors. Accept or reject doctor requests. Ward Management: Centers can manage wards and assign doctors to specific wards and center can edit remove and add new doctor in existent ward

Communication: Communication between center and doctor for appointment coordination.
