To ensure an exclusive and private environment our membership numbers are capped at 100 members at any time.

We are the biggest and most equipped strength and conditioning gym in the North-West and possibly the country specialising in premium strongman and powerlifting equipment.

Within the club we also have the only certified mental health and exercise coach in the country.
