I stumbled across this app and I really wish I never would have. I completed the Axos Bank Account Offer including making the $5 deposit and was supposed to receive points that equal $50 in return for that offer and never received a single point or a single dollar for completing that offer but that was just the beginning of my horrific and hellish journey with this app and website. I also went on to completed the Everyday Life Insurance Offer (which thankfully didn’t cost me any money) and I completed the eTuro Investment account Offer and that did cost me $50 of my own money to complete and I completed the Talkroute.com buisness phone offer and that cost me another $39 of my own money to complete and I never once received a single point or a single dollar for any one of those offers. I made sure to very thoroughly and carefully follow every step required for each offer and I documented every single step throughout the whole process on for every offer and I properly submitted all acquired documentation proving that I fulfilled the requirements of each offer and haven’t even got so much as a single response back for any of them and it’s going 3 months now and believe me when I say I’ve tried absolutely every way possible to get ahold of them including using their in app support messaging feature, which basically useless, and just told me to send them a email to their support email which I’ve done well over 20 times in the last 3 months following completing all the offers (and that’s no exaggeration either) and I haven’t even received so much as a single reply or response back from them not once. I even went to their website and submitted a support ticket through there as well at least a couple dozen times still no luck receiving a response back from them. They’re supposed to have a feature in their app where u can go to report “missing points” but it does not work whatsoever and you can click on it 1 million times and it doesn’t do absolutely anything or work whatsoever and I’ve tried absolutely everything to get it to work, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I’ve even factory reset my phone and then reinstalled the app and still no luck. After spending numerous hours relentlessly searching the Internet for a way to actually communicate with these people I came across the owner and CEO of Earn.LLC himself some guy name Dylan Bertalli and I emailed him directly and finally received a response back from him asking me to submit documentation proving I completed these offers because he claims his system shows that I haven’t even completed one offer yet. So I spent another 3hrs or more of my time gathering and putting together all the documentation that clearly shows and proves I’ve completed every offer and I even included my personal unreacted bank statements that shows every purchase I made to complete each offer as well as screen recordings, and screenshots of every step throughout the entire process for every single offer I completed and I emailed it all to him and it’s been almost two weeks now and I haven’t heard a single word back from him yet, not even so much as an acknowledgment confirming he’s received the documentation or anything and mind you that is the owner of the company and the acting CEO of Earn.llc so if he’s not doing anything about it, the company is obviously a scam and I would definitely stay away from this app at all cost because not only am I out over $100 of my own money from deposits I made in order to complete these offers, but they owe me over $200 worth of reward points for the the offers I’ve completed and I’ve spent well over 40 hours of my time on this already and counting and have gotten absolutely nothing in return whatsoever. THIS APP IS 100% A SCAM DO NOT USE IT AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR OWN MONEY COMPLETING ANY OFFERS ON IT BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!!!!
