The company was aware of this behavior, tolerated it, and eventually removed me from their community group after I complained. Although they advertise “0% service fees,” they make up for it through unfavorable exchange rates, hidden charges, delays, and endless excuses. If something goes wrong, filing a complaint with the consumer protection authorities is honestly much faster than trying to resolve anything through their customer support.
