2026-04-19	No*****	The donuts are great but it’s impossible to put in an online order. There’s like 50 different features on the app, most of them are extra fluff. I don’t care about a full menu or directions to the store. That wouldn’t matter but the most important feature, ordering online, is very difficult. It takes a few minutes to do on their website so I would recommend just doing that.

2024-12-29	TM*****	The app is good when it works. I do get an error almost every other time though when I open it on IOS. It says “could not open app, please try again in a few minutes” then gives the option to reload the app or close. It tends to still not work even after waiting.
