FormsTrackR

The FormsTrackR app is specially designed for use with the FormsTrackR platform. Allows FormsTrackR Platform subscribers quick access to submit forms, send push notifications, reports, and view form responses.

Login with your FormsTrackR credentials to access QR code buttons, QR scanner, Notifications, Form Responses and Reports. The FormsTrackR is permission based and Logged-in members will receive notifications when a push notification, form response or assigned task is received.
