2026-05-27	Ma*****	It won’t let me connect to buy a dinosaur pack. The app says I’m offline, but I’m using my cell phone that is not only getting cell service but also connected to our WiFi. Tried troubleshooting me shooting multiple ways but it’s clearly an app issue.

2026-02-08	Mr*****	Don’t waste your money. App password won’t allow paste or password managers. Went to reset it to something easy to remember (not secure) and the reset links wouldn’t send. After 3 times trying to get a link sent I got locked out. No one’s going to be bothering with that. Clearly the bare minimum was put into development. Finally made an account on the website, went to login and got an error that my email wasn’t registered. What a joke.

We had a snafu with the program and the customer service was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for making a nice product at an accessible price!
